The mobile applications as well as the Desticity website, desticity.co ("the Service"), are developed and marketed by the company publisher 27.6 CONCEPT registered with the RCS Nanterre under the number 532 133 337. Its registered office is located 50 rue Edouard Vaillant 92300 LEVALLOIS-PERRET.
The conditions set out commit in their entirety the company 27.6 CONCEPT and the users of the Service. Users can not use the Service without fully accepting all of these conditions. These conditions may be modified by the Company with a notice of one week for users already registered.
For all that these conditions do not provide, the French law applies. In case of dispute, the French courts are competent.

The Service offers users cultural audio guides marketed on the www.desticity.co website and Desticity mobile applications under IOS and Google Play. Audioguides can only be used on Desticity mobile apps on IOS and Google Play.
The audioguides must be downloaded using an internet connection (not reimbursed by the company operating the Service), on smartphone, inside the application used. Then audioguides can be heard on smartphone, offline internet.
The Company can not be held responsible in the event of interruption of the Internet network, incompatibility between the Service and the smartphone used, misuse of the Service, and in case of any irresistible and unpredictable event constituting a force major.
The Company can not be held liable for damages suffered by the user during the use of the service, especially during visits to cultural sites (robberies, assaults, attacks, and any other tort or not) causing damage, as well as any damage related to the use of the smartphone).
The Company can not be held liable for damages caused by the user during the use of the service.
Prior to the use of the Service, any user must have created an account (with personal login and password) via the filling of the proposed form with real information, and accepted the general conditions by a "click". If the information provided is false, the Company reserves the right to terminate without compensation the account of the user concerned.
The user must have paid the indicated price, with the means of payment proposed, for each desired product (the prices being likely to be modified by the Company or the Law). Bank details are not kept by the Company.
In the case of an online sale, Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code applies. The user is therefore not entitled to benefit from the 14-day withdrawal period. No refund is therefore allowed.
The service is delivered continuously. But in case of necessity for the maintenance of the Service, the company 27.6 CONCEPT may be brought, for a limited time, to interrupt access to it, without the users can ask for compensation for this temporary inaccessibility.
The user undertakes not to communicate to third parties, actively or passively, his login information (login and password). In case of simultaneous use of the Service by several users from the same data of the same account (login and password), the Company reserves the right to terminate without compensation the account concerned.
The Service has been declared to the CNIL under number XXXXXX. The retention and processing of personal data transmitted by the filling of the registration form, and navigation (IP pages consulted) to the Company is in accordance with what is required by French law. This personal data is kept by the Company and can be used by its service providers. They allow the operation of the service, and the formulation of commercial offers for the Service or partners.
You have the right to access and rectify your Data by sending us a request to this effect by e-mail to email@example.com or directly from the "Personal Information" section of your member account.
The elements of the applications and the website (audio content, brand and domain name, logo, slogan, illustrations, texts) are the property of 27.6 CONCEPT and can not, in accordance with the law, be copied, in whole or in part . Any act of counterfeiting these elements may be subject to prosecution in the courts.
